1:1 coaching offers the deepest level of support—a fully personalized, high-touch experience where you can feel seen, supported, and guided every step of the way. Together, we create a plan that honors your body, your story, and your goals.

  • Initial appointment: 75-minute session

  • Follow up appointments: 45-minute session

  • A HIPAA compliant portal to support your journey with logging, recipes, and resources

  • Secure storage of all information shared

  • Unlimited messaging and support between sessions

  • The ability to share your progress—including goals, wins, challenges, and questions—before and after our sessions.

3 Month Package

Who it’s for:

  • Those who are newly diagnosed with a health condition and want clear, supportive nutrition guidance.

  • Those who already have a strong foundation but want to refine their habits, troubleshoot sticking points, or build confidence in their food choices.

Focus:

  • Clarifying your goals and setting up sustainable routines.

  • Education around your specific needs (e.g., perimenopause, new diagnosis).

  • A focused jumpstart toward feeling more in control with food and lifestyle habits.

  • Includes one initial appointment + 8 follow up appointments​

  • Cost: $1099 (or two monthly payments of $566)

4 Month Package

  • Those who want accountability beyond a quick reset, but don’t feel they need the full overhaul of the 6-month program.

  • Those who already have a strong foundation but want to refine their habits, troubleshoot sticking points, or build confidence in their food choices.

6 Month Package

  • Working through all 10 principles of intuitive eating.

  • In-depth body image healing.

  • Personalized focus on nutrition, lifestyle, and longevity strategies.

  • Ongoing coaching and accountability for lasting transformation.

  • Includes one initial appointment + 18 follow up appointments​

  • Cost: $1999 (or five monthly payments of $412)

Ongoing Support:

​Clients who have completed an initial package have the opportunity to purchase follow up sessions. Without the purchase of additional follow-ups, the client portal will close 30 days after the last appointment. To maintain access to logs, recipes, and message support, clients must purchase a follow-up package or membership.

    • 6-session package: $750

Insurance Covered 1:1 Counseling Sessions

If you currently have a chronic condition or have been referred to see a registered dietitian by your primary care provider, you may be eligible to use your health insurance and connect with me via Nourish. 

Key things to know:

  • Coverage for nutritional counseling can vary by both health insurance provider and the specific plan.

  • Your plan may only cover a few visits and you might not find this out until mid-way through our work together. If this occurs you have the option of paying out of pocket to continue working together via the follow-up session pricing above.

  • ​You can look through your plan documents or contact your health insurance carrier and ask if "nutritional counseling" or "medical nutrition therapy" is covered.

First Steps:

  • Once you complete the new client request form I'll send you a request to create a patient profile.

  • You'll then be able to choose a 1:1 counseling package and complete some initial paperwork.

  • If you have questions or want to connect quickly before choosing a package, you'll have the option of scheduling a 15-minute discovery call.

  • ​When you're ready to move forward you'll be able to schedule the initial consultation!

  • Prior to the initial consultation you'll need to complete paperwork and make your first payment. I'll be available to answer any questions along the way.

The initial appointment is an in-depth information-gathering session where I’ll invite you to share your story.  We’ll explore your past experiences, current situation, and future goals. 

  • I'll provide an overview of intuitive eating and an outline of how we can work through the different pillars while tying them to your specific goals.

  • As part of a comprehensive, holistic health assessment, I’ll highlight key insights and patterns that stand out. We'll collaborate on actionable next steps and a personalized roadmap to support your success.

  • Know that throughout this process, you remain in control—because no one knows you better than you do.

Follow-up Appointments:

Follow-up appointments are a vital part of your journey—especially in the early stages. These sessions are designed to support your growth, providing space to reflect on your habits, assess your progress, and adapt your goals as needed. Your plan is never set in stone; it’s a flexible, evolving roadmap tailored to meet you where you are and guide you toward sustainable change.

 

During our follow-ups, we’ll:

  • Dive deep into your relationship with food and the mindset behind food choices.

  • Explore how sleep, stress, and movement impact your overall well-being.

  • Work through the ten pillars of intuitive eating, creating a fully personalized and individual experience. 

  • Review any lab results you obtain to inform and guide your plan.

  • Use supportive tools like supplements, journaling practices, meal plans, recipes or other resources to empower your progress

 

Together, we’ll regularly revisit your goals, celebrate your wins, and navigate any challenges—creating a path forward that feels both nourishing and sustainable, so you can truly thrive.

  • Health is highly individual—what works for one person might completely flop for another. That’s why our work together is fully personalized. We’ll explore evidence-based strategies, but the nutrition and lifestyle changes we implement will be tailored specifically to you, not social media trends or someone else’s success story.

  • If weight loss is your number one priority, we might not be the best fit. While I have extensive experience supporting clients on their weight loss journeys, the most successful individuals were those who were able to shift away from weight loss as a priority and step away from the scale. I believe weight loss might be a natural side effect of broader behavior changes but to truly embrace intuitive eating it can't be the sole measure of success. My approach is rooted in intuitive eating practices and emphasizes overall well-being, helping you detach feelings of self-worth from the number on the scale and increase trust in your body.

  • Mindfulness is a core part of my approach, helping you recognize the impact of the changes you’re making. My goal is to guide you in building sustainable habits that support long-term health, which requires enhanced mindfulness practices during the day. When's the last time to stopped 

 

  • I take a holistic approach, assessing nutrition, movement, sleep, and head space and help my clients understand how each of these areas influence their overall well-being. Together, we'll begin to piece areas of your wellness together in order to grow your trust in your body.

  • ​ Journaling is an essential tool—not for tracking calories but for increasing awareness. It helps us connect the dots between different aspects of wellness, like nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement. Ever felt strong one day and sluggish the next during the same workout?
